Hello Mirabella Ward Leaders-
We're so grateful for your help and support for Youth Conference this year! This page will contain all the up-to-date information leaders will need for youth conference.
Youth and families have their own page for their relevant information. When questions come to you, please direct them to that page.
https://www.mirabellayouth.org/youth-conference-2026
Please have all youth and adults attending register at the link on ^^ that page. If someone decides they cannot come after registering, please contact the stake YM or YW president so we can adjust accordingly. We want to have an accurate list so we can order t-shirts and other items, make food plans, create tribes (activity groups mixed of ward youth), and plan cabin accommodations.
A link with real-time registration information was emailed to bishoprics at the end of April to help you know who in your ward is registered. May this help you offer personal invitations early to those that could be blessed by attending. Reach out if you need that link.
We want to keep you as informed as possible. Please reach out to us with any questions ASAP so we can add to the FAQ below.
Our presidencies and the stake youth committee are dedicated to preparing a life changing event for our youth. We love them so much and have worked hard to provide the spirit-filled and fun experiences that will be an anchor in their memory and spiritual development.
Thank you again for your sustaining support!

A packing list for individuals is on the main page.
Heber Valley Camp is at approximately 8000 feet elevation. It will be cold at night and in the mornings so encourage responsiblity for the conditions. A forecast for the next 7 days is below for Heber City which is likely warmer than up at camp on top of the mountain.
Friday after dinner is time for wards to gather. You'll have an area for a fire and fireside. You can plan your own agenda for this time. We invite you to make time for a testimony meeting with your youth. You may bring a dessert or treats for this time, fridge and freezer space will be available if needed.
Each ward needs to have a designated emergency or medical contact for the youth in your ward. Wards need to have a basic first aid kit with all the essentials young men and young women would need for likely situations that arise.
This medical contact will also be the first contact if a youth needs some time away from their groups or needs space to chill out.
Wards are responsible to gather completed permission slips for all persons attending for their ward. A link to the Church's PDF permission slip is in the top navigation of this website. Each attendee must have a completed permission slip brought to camp.
Wards are responsible for transportation to and from Heber Valley Camp.
We will also need shuttle vehicle drivers for the Thursday night Faith Walk and Friday afternoon's lake time.
Individuals need to bring a lunch for Thursday from home.
The stake is preparing meals for:
Thursday dinner,
Friday breakfast,
Friday lunch,
Friday dinner, and
Saturday light breakfast.
We will depart from camp before lunch so no formal lunch will be provided.
Wards may bring snacks and desserts as you'd like, especially for the Friday night ward time.
